A more experienced decision maker and intuitive scientist often forget to use detailed attention to find the real goodness and actual fitness in adapting to:
i. oneself, ii. perceived surrounding iii. perceived pressures iv. burdens which are picked up (often unfairly, and recorded heavily at wrong phases) v. burdens which are solvable easily (often very un-noticeable, and often negligible after an overdue) vi. burdens which are no longer the same kind of burden to be weighted (often mistakenly understood and weighted for decisions) Victims (or so-called criminals, and the bad hats tend to find fault and "un-earned guilts" in living with wrong convictions process). The art of persuasion and complete deception have shown that one can learn to pick at every potential problem with a complete tainted outlook, and crafty perception. With "burdens as a scaling decision", a performer or individual is more at losing end. Burdens, however in some little positive acceptance shows the mankind willingness to uptake honest responsibility for correcting an injustice or not participating in the same patterns where burdens are persisting (directly, indirectly, and more often creatively). While every burden is being weighted, new burdens and continuous burdens are triggered at a rate where good judgement and scaling fairness leading to correcting actions can be a futile attempt. Hence, decision-makers should not only look as hard or learn as much. Rather: to focus on a self-discipline, and not get hung up with outlying details, and discouraging influences. Being stuck in a fixed decision (yet pressured with some unfamiliarities) makes one then to continue trying too hard to perfect an outcome, or come back into balance when the “burden triggers and burden drivers” are actually there and have proven to be beyond control. New decisions, often taking place at times of changes have proceeded so fast over distractions. A decision maker forgets the larger sum of agents in the environment, and the actual amount of decision makers that was part of the uncontrolled environment, and "conceiving influences". Rarely, agents are willing to take a stand to accept and encourage goodness at same time. Often, an ultimate injustice resulting from repetition of mistakes, as a decision maker and key agents have been so strong to: - accept negative restriction, - perform retaliation, and to - live in the limitations of a framed reality. This framed reality is pictured in a scenario of a typical decision maker at different point of decision phase. One may seem not stuck (especially when safety and comfort is assured and promised for). Yet, this stuckness is a stuckness of stubbornness - to make fresh and new perspective, erase pre-conceptions, and pre-control, forced controls, and enforcement which have built so strongly at the first phases (P1) before one arrives at a current stage (P2). The transition stages between P1 to P2 entails the similar stubbornness character, and norms of living in an environment that is uncontrolled (negligence, ignorance, and acceptance to a "reality being frame").
The stubborn phase: is when a decision maker becomes contented to the same mistakes and same cycle, believing in a promised safety or comfort measures. In actual reality or shifted perspective, this much convincing "safety or comfort" place, exist by:
- natural way - a simulation of forced decisions (after changes of conception, perception, control) and also uncontrolled decisions framing the reality itself (often with darkness ahead??) - position of "safety or comfort" that co-exist (without immediate observance, and often disregard), and if not controlled, not "forcefully decided", will lead to a prosecution of an inaccurate human value (eg. action of rejecting another, disregarding another, negatively choosing A over B or using A over B) Self-discipline decision makers and (a very wise scientist) are dependable, such performers and discerning persona have impeccable taste in fair balance of judgement, keeping fairness real, clean from narcissism, and living a fairly comfortable lifestyle by means of being true, being natural, and feeling in harmony with others who are good the same. In scientific conduct, and both professional or casual commitments; failure happens when the pursuit of quick luxury and keen eye for brand, fame, and marketing becomes the priority of impression. This pursuit can and will impress many partnerships and international relations, up to building a stronger collaboration and teams (with a perceived of success and good manners). Today 72% every hour, with a speed typing of scientific work approximated at 550 words “content” per hour, is left out - cold, or used in many ways. By reality records (and the way the world works), is not up to institutions or organisations to fully keep in mind of this situation. Often, progress and changes that can make or break a performer both professional and personal life is criticised back on the performer, and the criticism (or accusations) which has gained the best interest of “power decision makers, coalitions, alliances, or plain solicitors of common beliefs / cultures / opposing values / polarisation in appreciation behaviours”. Today, 28% consideration is not enough from the public community to support every job performer, scientist, social worker, or let us put it (to support a human). We have arrive to a time that work and personal life are two diverging areas that is deserving to be protected and equally supported by means of being considerate, and very considerate to the ways of restricting ourselves from someone and restricting someone and owning to good decisions by self-discipline. There is not much fulfilment in real growth and real protection, as society and decision makers continue to fail in the hole beliefs of RESTRICTION. “Restriction to” : a. complement each other’s differences, or achievements maturely. b. to avoid cunning acts, and self-idealism performance which interferes others welfare. c. to disregard un-serving high prospects, “full confidence” and “full maturity” accounts (that includes networks or common social pressures) d. to accept mistakes, learn from mistakes, and make improvements. e. that flaws exist for a good or positive out-turn. f. experience the unperceived, (or give in to the chance rather than wrong perception, at easy conviction phases). g. that bad events and absolute shocking scenarios happens at different change process, and change action - where beliefs systems and societal trust are adjusted, reformed, and adapt to new values and undiscovered values. h. to form real understanding relations that is pure, natural, and a whole lot to look forward by the genorosity of giving, releasing, believing, righting. The best quote on investment ends that: "if you did not have an actual talk or focus to a problem, and someone just wants to stir up disgracefully a problem (you are not focused on) or make a countering fussy problem of you in any way "personal life, professional life, behaviour, etc." -- that is his/her/theirs investment. A decision maker and agents of today may tap into the state of action and practice (including perception) of: "being considerate and very considerate to a performer (of any field), being self-discipline, and scientifically practicing the reality shifting theory" Today 100% unknowingly live in a framed reality. That means 100% is actually capable (irrespective of the prior percentage of of 28%--72%), agents and decision makers have not much space, time, and resource to scale a balance. Especially, when reality has been persistently shifted, framed, and a mountain of pressures or (somewhat challenges) has been unknowingly mounted from the arrangement of "rocks". Rocks becomes foundation. The comfort and safety net of a human action, human practice, and human perception. Yet, decision makers enface different realities and different choices of treating rocks, or letting uncontrolled rocks collapse to form an uninviting mountain. Pressures, risk, burdens are all consistently brought into attention, brought to play, and unconditionally set in place for a human (whether a victim, or performer). What is humorous, can be humorous. Yet, what is reality, is also humorous in the practice of : self-discipline, scientific intuition, intelligence, cohesion, power of expanding perceptions, translations, communications, and the law of "human / society / civil goals".
